NOTICE FOR COVID-19 OPERATIONS

We do only no contact self-service rentals.  All of our vans are cleaned and sanitized inside and out prior to each rental.  When you make your reservation you will be given instructions as to where your van is located and how to access it.  The keys are in the van and you will be given the access code for the keyless entry pad on the driver’s door.

WHAT KIND OF VANS DO YOU RENT?

We offer the widest selection of passenger vans in the state with 12 or 15 passenger seating.  All of our vans are Ford Transit XLTs in the low, mid and high roof models.  We also offer AWD van models.  Since we specialize in vans, you can choose the one that you need for your particular situation.

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

Our office headquarters is in Pleasant Grove, Utah.  We have rental sites at the Provo Airport and the St. George Airport, and we have pickup and drop-off locations scattered throughout Utah County.  In 2020 we began delivering to the FrontRunner Stations along the Wasatch Front.  Rentals are by appointment only.  After making your reservation, you will be notified of the exact location of your van and how to access it.

WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS?

Our office hours are Monday thru Saturday, 7:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. by appointment only.  We can be reached by phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  Vans are available for rental, pickup and return at any time of the day or night, any day of the week that you choose.

WHAT ARE YOUR PRICES?

Our prices vary by location and type of van.  Enter your desired pickup location and date range on our main page to view available vans and pricing.  We operate on a 24-hour clock.  If you pick up a van at noon today, it is due back at noon tomorrow for a one-day rental.  The best prices are from our Utah County locations.

IS THERE A CHARGE FOR ADDITIONAL DRIVERS?

There is no extra charge, but additional drivers must meet the same qualification criteria as the primary driver: must be at least 21 years old, and must be listed on the rental agreement. The primary driver (the person who signs the rental agreement) is responsible for the vehicle for the entire duration of the rental.

ARE THERE ANY OTHER FEES OR TAXES?

Sales tax and Motor Vehicle Rental (MVR) tax will be added on to the cost of each rental. There are no other fees unless there is a problem with the credit card or there is damage to the vehicle upon return. A $25.00 administrative processing fee will be charged for all declined credit cards. A $25.00 administrative processing fee will also be charged if the vehicle is returned with damage. This is in addition to the cost of repairs.

DO YOU OFFER ANY DISCOUNTS?

Yes! We are pleased to offer a 10% discount to Military Members, Veterans, First Responders and their families on every rental, all the time. Thanks for your service!

DO YOU HAVE ANY MILEAGE RESTRICTIONS?

Our basic mileage allowance is 200 miles per day. Renters returning from their rental that have exceeded their total mileage allowance will be charged $.30/mile for any overage.  Mileage will start from and end at the pickup/drop-off for all rentals. Rentals from our airport locations come with unlimited miles.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

No charge will be assessed for reservations that are cancelled with at least 24 hours notice. Reservations that are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the equivalent of one day’s rental on the vehicle that is reserved.

HOW WILL YOU HANDLE MY CREDIT CARD AND DRIVER'S LICENSE INFORMATION?

Credit/Debit card information and Driver’s License information is kept on our secure server.  This information is required to make a reservation.  No charge will be made on your credit card until right before your rental.  An additional charge may be run at the conclusion of your rental for gas and other incidental expenses. We do not share credit card or other personal information.

DO YOU TAKE DEBIT CARDS?

We do take debit cards but there will be a $25.00 charge to re-run the card when funds are available if the funds are not available on the first try. We will normally charge the card 72 hours before the start of the rental. We will run the card again at the end of the rental for gas and incidental expenses.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE MID-ROOF VANS AND THE LOW-ROOF VANS AND WHAT IS THE REASON FOR THE PRICE DIFFERENCE?

Besides the obvious [the mid-roof vans are about a foot taller than the low-roof vans and most people (under 6′ tall) can stand straight up inside], we order our mid-roof vans (and our high-roof Jumbo vans and AWD vans) new every year with the options and features that we want and that we know our customers like.  The specific features that we order on our new vans include EcoBoost (a turbo charger), Tow Package, Aluminum Wheels (where available), Carpeted Floors, Lots of USB and 12V ports throughout, Sirius XM Radio, onboard GPS Navigation, and retractable running boards. They can come in different colors (Silver, Black, Gray, etc.).  All of our vans will have a Keyless Entry Pad on the driver’s door, Privacy Glass and some USB and 12V ports, but there are no guarantees on the low-roof vans for the other options, as the low roof vans may have been in inventory for a year. Low-roof vans are white.

DO YOU RENT OTHER VEHICLES BESIDES VANS?

We rent only vans in 12, and 15 passenger models. We do not rent cargo vans.

WHAT ABOUT DAMAGE TO THE VEHICLE?

The Renter (the person who signs the rental agreement) is responsible for the van for the entire duration of the rental.  If the van is damaged during the rental, the Renter is personally responsible for the cost of  repair (including loss of use) whether he or she caused the damage or not.  A $25.00 administrative fee in addition to the cost of repairs will be charged. See “Terms and Conditions” on the second page of the rental agreement for additional information.

DO I NEED MY OWN INSURANCE?

Yes. In the event of an accident, the Renter’s insurance will be the primary for coverage. Additional insurance coverage may be purchased when you make your reservation if desired. The Renter may be personally liable regardless of fault and Renter’s insurance is insufficient to cover all of the damages.

WHAT DOES THE ADDITIONAL INSURANCE COVER

For those Renters that do not have full coverage insurance or for those who just want additional coverage, we offer a Renter’s Collision Protection (RCP) policy.  This policy costs $25.00/day and carries with it a $250.00 deductible.  As the name of the policy implies, this covers collision damage to the rental vehicle up to a $20,000.00 limit.   The policy does not cover rock chips or broken glass.

DO YOU HAVE ANY RESTRICTIONS ON WHERE YOUR VANS CAN GO?

Our vans can be driven anywhere in the United States and Canada. With additional information and proof of Mexican insurance, cans can also go to Mexico. Vans are to be driven on designated roads only. An additional cleaning charge may be assessed if vans are returned excessively dirty.

CAN WE CHANGE THE SEATING CONFIGURATION?

We are pleased to remove two seats out of the last row of our low and mid-roof 15 passenger vans to make more room for luggage upon request.  An additional charge will be assessed for any seating configuration changes beyond this.

WHAT KIND OF A GUARANTEE DO YOU OFFER?

We guarantee the best vans and the best prices in the state. All vehicles are in excellent condition, meticulously cleaned, sanitized and prepared for your use and enjoyment at the time of the rental.  You will not be disappointed.

HOW DOES YOUR GUARANTEE WORK?

We acquire new vans every year.  We have a wider selection of 12 and 15 passenger vans in the low, mid and high-roof variants than any other rental agency in the state. We know you will not find better vans or a wider selection anywhere, and you will get the van you need for your particular situation.

WHAT ABOUT CALIFORNIA TOLL ROADS?

All of our vans have a sticker transponder for all California toll roads.  Do not pay for your California tolls separately.  All of your tolls while driving in California will be aggregated and added to your final bill.

WHAT GRADE OF GASOLINE SHOULD I PUT IN THE VAN?

All of our vans are designed to run on regular gasoline (87 Octane).

SHOULD THE VAN BE RETURNED FULL OF GAS OR EMPTY?

All vans start and end each rental with a full tank of gas from our headquarters.  We prefer that you do NOT fill the tank before returning the van. We will fill it up as we close out the rental and will charge the cost of the gasoline to your final bill.  We do not charge a service fee.

WHERE SHOULD I RETURN THE VAN?

Vans should be returned to the same place you pick it up.  Leave the key in the van, lock it up and walk away, then send us a text that you have completed your rental.

WHAT IF I LEAVE SOMTHING IN THE VAN?

Items left in the van after it is returned will be disposed of after one week. Contact us as soon as possible after you return the van if you think you left something inside and we will do our best to find and return your lost item. A $25.00 administrative fee will be charged in addition to the cost of postage for items that we mail back.

HOW WILL I GET THE FINAL RECEIPT FOR MY RENTAL?

Your final receipt will be e-mailed to you within 24 hours of completion of the rental.

DO YOU ALLOW SMOKING IN YOUR VANS?

Smoking is not allowed in any of our vans at any time.
